Thank Goodness for tow-truck drivers like Tyler Zehner who are so kind and accommodating!! You were so quick to get there and get my truck out of a 'bad spot'...and get me on my way home! I was stranded tonight on University Ave, and AAA called Schmidt's to tow my car. I expected a long wait in the middle of a late cold night but Eric the driver actually came in 15 minutes. After some discussion, Eric agreed to bring my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube where I last had service and possibly caused my car's "check engine" light to go on. It was about a mile over the 5 mile limit on AAA towing (a whole $4) and he even graciously gave me a ride home since it was on the way. Eric and Eddie (dispatcher) were my heroes ton... read more
