While I've only been going to Brykerwood Vet for the last 27 years (with my last 13 cats and one terrified dog), I feel confident saying that these people are excellent and compassionate doctors and caregivers. With that many animals cared for over such a long time, we've experienced it all from minor illness and vaccination through major sickness and end of life, and have felt lucky to have received the best care that I think we could have had along the way. Brykerwood has been my vet since 2010 when my dog was just a puppy. They have been so wonderful- they're sweet to me and my pup, offer wonderful care at affordable prices, and just generally are easy to work with. I just met Dr. Greg today for the first time, just new to me, and he was so friendly. Cannot be happier with the professionals who run the clinic and the services they provide. No matter the reason you're there, you and your furry family member always come out better.
I am very grateful to the folks at this vet. They are well run and great with my dogs. I have been going there for years, ranging from checkups to surgery. But today I showed up for my appointment, which was actually the scheduled for the next day (my fault) and after a quick wait they squeezed me in to spare me the return trip. Great service!
I've been a fan since the beginning. I recently sent a friend from Bastrop and she was so pleased. She said all the staff was amazing. The tech that met her dog upon arrival had a connection right away. She went there to get a second opinion and came away with better than she hoped. Her dog is doing great.
This vet is amazing at communicating! I I am so thankful for how quick I got a response back about my puppy. I would say they deserve 5 stars for sure. Thanks so much Brykerwood!
