I purchased my previous home on P Street in Georgetown from Kevin Schlosberg. He's the utmost professional, detail oriented, and responsive. When I moved out of town, Kevin was my Property Manager and again, he performed beyond my expectations. Since then, I've referred him to several other friends who were pleased as well. ***** 5 STARS *****
Kevin is quite possibly the rudest and most condescending person I have ever met. He was unfriendly from day one, and if I was not so desperate and in a time crunch to find a place, I most certainly wouldn't have done business with him. After moving in, if I reached out to him for any help or concerns he would send back snarky, rude, unhelpful emails. I never missed a payment and I took great care of the house, but still I dreaded having to contact him because of how rude he was each time. Try to avoid if you can.
