Every year the same thing state inspector does his inspection then it's a month trying to get in touch with a human and of course i get the 800 number to an operator who has no idea why she is answering the phone or what to say about any question asked and a supervisor will call you right back.......anyone want to guess if i have ever got a call back..........

Insanely poor service, elevators out for months because they aren't prepared. Showing up with the wrong belts and parts all the time. Slow response time. Have your lawyer look at the contract and try to find an out with them if you can. Stay away.
