This is a horrible practice. I have been rescheduled for numerous times. My appointment was for 9/21, since I did not confirm my appointment they removed my appointment. I did leave a message to make sure they do not cancel and that I will be there. I received an email confirmation again this morning for my appointment . Before I left I received another email confirming my appointment another day. WTF! This is bad customer service!!!! My day off and can’t get in!!

These crooks are horrible! I sent TWO co-workers to Dr. Yo.....they’re in front of me currently complaining about how outrageous SFD prices are. Between the 40 year old woman’s ‘medically necessary’ $5,000 Invisalign recommendation and the $1600 crown for ONE tooth, ($600 at orig. dentist but the SFD office gal lied and convinced her to get it from them) we’re never allowing these crooks to steal from us again.

I have been with Dr.Yo for YEARS and she is my angel!!! I am absolutely 100% not an easy patient to deal with when it comes to dental visits/tx but God all mighty she deserves an award for how much comfort she pulls out for me!!! I have severe anxiety with going to dental visits but she does everything she can to calm me!
