POOR this was the worse dentist experience I have ever had! Too bad too because my great dentist retired Dr. WILIAM . If I would have had a good experience there would have been many referrals for Dr. Ray . This is what happened they said I needed six fillings. I told them that my husband had a very bad experience With the “White Fills” and he said to make sure I get the “Silver one” The Doctor RAY was trying to talk me out of the silver one and almost did. Great service and a clean modern office! I drive from Manteno IL to see Dr Ray and Dr Bob. The staff and doctors are very personable, down to earth people! It is nice to have doctors you can talk to about your issues and they actually take their time to explain your options. The office is very modern and they have TV's in the rooms and lots of magazines in the waiting room. Your in good hands Dr Pieters is sensitive to his patients needs. Staff is friendly but professional. Appointments are on time. Highly recommended.
