I couldn't be happy with the outcome of our window project. Scherer Window and Door Consultants (SWDC) did a great job, start to finish. Their sale rep, Gary was personable and super knowledgable. I'm afraid we bothered him more than needed. No problem. Not only did he take time to understand what we were looking for, he also hooked us up with some upgrades for our existing Marvin Windows. I had a very positive experience replacing 3 basement windows and a problem kitchen window. The salesman was terrific. He gave me a number of different options with no high pressure sales as did other companies who gave me quotes. After finally deciding to replace my failing front entry door and storm door system, I couldn't have picked a better company to do so than Scherer Bros Window & Door Consultants. Their process is great and the true test of an outstanding company came when we had a hiccup with the color of the storm door and they took care of the issue without hesitation. We have now installed 6 Marvin windows (or 10 depending on how you count combination windows) and a sliding door, and we couldn't be more pleased with the product and the installation process. The crew couldn't have been better: they were efficient, careful, and very tidy. The trim work on both the exterior and interior looks great, a real aesthetic improvement, and we know that the product will be energy efficient as well. The whole process from sales and exploring options to the installation was very professional.
