I wanted to replace my 1950's drafty front door and modernize the appearance of my home. It was difficult finding a contractor interested in doing this small job. We have needed to replace our large, original Living Room picture window ( 1948). I assumed it would be very disruptive of interior woodwork and have dragged my heels on this much needed project for years. Scherer Bros was fabulous from sales to final installation. Would use again. High quality materials and high quality workers contributed to a highly successful job. Ten windows install on my formerly screened in porch in 25 degree weather. The guys were great and produced quality work. Cleaned up nicely too. From conception to completion a high quality job that I am very happy with. Money well spent.

Scherer replaced a window in my condo. They were on time, friendly, thorough, and skilled. They also cleaned up after themselves. I consulted Scherer at the suggestion of my sister, for whom they replaced all of the windows at her home; one of her replacement windows did not fit quite right, the installation team caught it, and the window was immediately replaced with an upgrade at no cost. I recommend this company highly.

We had a large sliding door and a large double crankout window installed in our kitchen and are very happy with the quality and workmanship of our products. I had a patio door replaced that required a custom size and fit. SBL did a great job... install and finishing was done in a timely manner. I have had SBL do other windows for us and we are very happy with their work.
