Overall I would say a positive experience. There was a little confusion with some paperwork, but was quickly taken care of. Everyone is friendly and responds quickly to any question. I would use them again.

Replaced all of the 50 year old windows on my house and had a great experience. Office staff, sales, installers all did a wonderful job. Windows were installed on time and the clean up job was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything starting with the sales was a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable sales person, prompt, efficient, detail oriented installers. A clean process during installation, no mess left after completion. Nate, the foreman ran a well orchestrated operation.

Scherer Brothers Windows and Doors: They did a great job in explaining the windows they offer. The visit to the showroom was great hands on experience. Then the quoting process was reviewed by the sales person on a line by line. Financing was offered. Then it came to the scheduling for installation was on time. Installers were friendly and accommodating. GREAT JOB!!!
