This was the single. Best overall experience from my initial contact to setting up the financing to the delivery of the windows We ordered to the installation we will definitely do more business wi h this company My installer was the best all the people I have had contact with throughout from Tracy to Petra has been more than a 5 star
The whole process went like clockwork, from the estimate all the way to fixing a few minor install issues. Each person we interacted with was very professional, punctual, and had great follow-through. This included the estimator, the scheduler, the installer, and the repair/warranty specialist. The new Marvin windows are great - nice quality and good functionality. I would highly recommend working with Scherer Window & Door Consultants!
Our experience was awesome! We love the windows, they were all ordered and sized correctly and appreciate Chris J recommendation to go with an awning window above our kitchen sink. It is fantastic! Also Jamie did a great job setting up and revising scheduling due to Covid delays and then keeping the installer in the loop. Kevin’s team with Laramax was great once again on the install! We hopefully will be completed today with W&S on staining and polyurethane. Everything looks super. Thanks. Mike and Rose

Working with Dave and Petra at Scherer Window & Door was a fantastic experience. They brought in a fantastic team for the install. The installers were on time, worked hard all day, very respectful of the house. They also cleaned the windows surrounding each night. The lead (Nate @MDS) provided a lot of good feedback and advises when he noticed something he would have done differently than we had asked for. This lead to a very fantastic experience. Our home was built in 1949, and as the second owner, we have not done a lot. Windows were first up for replacement, and Scherer Bros did an outstanding job. They are all double-hung, and we wanted to preserve the period look and restore true double-hung functionality; Scherer's recommendation to go with Marvin Ultimate Signature windows was just perfect.
