I will be honest that I am probably one of the hardest customers to please, but from Keri Thierer to Jim Scherer himself they both personally went above and beyond to ensure my big purchase was exactly what I wanted. Had turbo go out 13 months ago had them put a new one in, thank god we got the extended power train warranty with a cost of 4grand for the new turbo. Now new turbo goes out 13 months latet and find out the last turbo ate up all the warranty amount... Never was told there was a spending limit when we purchased the warranty when we bought the car.
