So far loving my CX-5. Jason Haskett was super to work with. He was patient and answered any questions I had. He was very thorough going over how everything worked and where to find everything. Everyone was very polite and friendly! This was the most relaxed experience in car buying I have had, including the financing! I felt that everyone we dealt with was very straight forward.
They went above and beyond! I can't even find the words to describe how happy I am with my new CX-5!
A truly all around great car buying experience. I usually hate car buying but look forward to returning to Scherer for my purchase. Jenni Bennett was wonderful and Keith Frick was amazing. Everything was layed out on paper in an easy to understand method making it very easy to make financing decisions. For the first time in 30 years I bought a car and didn't feel like I had been taken.
