My son is attending college approximately 70 miles away and I have been very pleased with the service department. I’m in and out very quickly for all his routine oil changes. I met Mr. Sherer yesterday for the first time and was delighted that he took the time to answer my questions. Customer Service is great!
Great atmosphere, nothing like the competitors! It was a laid back enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful time dealing with Keri. She was very straight forward and was a big reason why I ended up going with the Mazda.
I was introduced to the owner of this place as he offered to fix my son's car at cost. See he's in the military and bought a car at another dealer. Had MAJOR transmission troubles in 3 days. We took the issue back to that dealer and the management there stated we bought the car "as is" and they weren't liable. Thanks to Randy and Kyle for helping my family and I. Our transmission went out and they took charge as I wasn’t even a customer. They were sent my SUV from another dealership who couldn’t help us. These are great people willing to help anyone. They are a dealership 2nd.
I have had nothing but great service here! Keri sold my CX-5 to me and she is amazing!!! When I was purchasing my car, she told that she can come get my car while I’m at work to get it serviced and she’s done that twice now for me! It seriously makes my life so much easier!!
Got my first CX-5 three years ago. Recently got my daughter a CX-3 and just yesterday got a new CX-5. As always it was a wonderful experience. Jenni is extremely helpful and easy to work with and the entire staff is very welcoming. #zoomzoomfamily
