Yes we totally recommend them. We have done business with Scherer for years. We previously had a Mazda now we take a Mini Cooper, that’s out of warranty, there for service. They’re always exceptionally professional and service is great. This time I liked the fact that I got a text message from the person working on our car and was able to correspond. They were quick to get it in and out.

Called three separate times now trying to cancel my extended warranty. Reached out to the car salesperson Keri first and she told me that she wasn’t in the office. Called the office and left a message for Scott to call me back the next day (08/21/20)-no call back. Almost TWO months ago I traded a vehicle I had bought from Scherer Mazda (had it for two weeks) in at Highway Chevrolet Buick and GMC in El Paso. After three days of calling the receptionist to schedule a time to come in and meet with the finance manager to cancel my extended car warranty, I kept getting dead ends. Ryan really listened to my priorities and my budget and within 10 minutes he already had me test driving a car I fell in love with that was incredibly well priced.
