Very rude and was supposed to contact me on the equinox when it showed up waiting 2 weeks to look at car still no call and they sold it would never do business with them again buyers be ware of this place is shady

I expressed interest in the vehicle. Over the weekend, I was working out a deal with the dealership via email. The following Monday, I received an email that the vehicle sold. I’m not sure why another buyer was given preference but it is extremely frustrating to have a car sold right out from underneath you. Definitely not a great experience in my opinion.
Kyle Johnson contacted us several times to answer questions about the 2013 Volvo that Scherer was offering. We appreciated his time and attention. Would definitely consider doing business with this dealership sometime in the future. Thank you.

Steve Brown is doing a great job. I deal in hand shakes, my word means something. Steve seems to be cut from the same type of fabric. If your word is worthless, so be it, I won't deal with that type of person. Never bought a car this far from home, but feel like Steve will make sure everything goes w/o a hitch
Steve was very helpful, he wasn't "pushy" and was willing to help with finding the right vehicle for me. I would recommend this Dealership and Steve B. to others. I didn't get the car, as it was sold, but it was still a great experience when you talk to those will to help, not pressure you into buying.
