Great communication & transparency!
Staff were friendly and communicated well. I chose to have the vehicle delivered. When I received it, I could have been cleaner on the inside. That was disappointing. There is a piece of the bumper missing. They told me it was missing in the video. When I looked back, it was. But I think they should have told me that instead of banking on me seeing it my self. Also, there are only 3 floor mats. Again, they could have told me that. Other than that…good price and good price for my trade in vehicle.
A lot of confusion lacking financial data (i.e. total amount being financed, interest rate, monthly car payments, etc.)
Everyone I work with was great. Waiting on my baby to get delivered now.

Yes, the Jeep is so nice, I got the confirmation that it's available, and was invited for the test-drive. But it's a bit overpriced. Not visited in person. Overall our emailing was fine, with a very prompt reply.
