Judge Michael Binkley (a former lawyer at Schell & Oglesby) issued a ludicrously unconstitutional prior restraint order protecting his former law firm from a bad review, and was summarily (and embarrassingly) reversed by the court of appeals. This firm is not trustworthy, and Judge Binkley's actions are worthy of a judicial conduct inquiry.
