I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Dr. Scheinhorn is very polite and professional in her patient interactions. Everyone in the office is very nice. I am especially impressed by the fact that the doctor does not try influence people to have unnecessary surgery, which was the case with my former eye doctor's office.
