The optometrist was very rude to answer and i felt as if she was in a hurry and i was wasting her time. I was left alone for a long time. Front desk seems to have the same attitude and even though it was not a busy day they didn't make room for others but gladly made arrangements for a patient that by her looks she was wealthy.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution.
