Very nice professional, Very flexible for scheduling, Lots of detail and pictures, never seen anything like it before and I have bought a few homes.. Great work and was available to discuss findings. Saved me from investing in a home with lots of problems.

I was very impressed with the amount of time he spent and how thorough he was in doing his inspection. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspected. Jerrod was the best! We had purchased a home and had only a short amount of time to have the home inspected to be within the go - no go - he was able to come quickly and was very thorough and professional.
