Very professional and showed up on time
Provided a detailed report regarding the condition of the home, he looks at both the exterior and interior of the home.
Took his time was not in a hurry. Covered every little detail on home things that I over looked.
Very professional and on time. His report was detailed and easy to read. He costs a little bit more then the other guys but money well spent considering your buying a home to live in! I would recommend him.

Jerrold was very professional. I had him do a report on a multi unit investment property. His report was extreamly thorough lots of pictures and comments on each picture to describe the problem. He was very very detailed! I will defiantly use him in the future.
Excellent communication, very friendly. He explained everything in detail at the inspection; the full color inspection report provided by email was also very helpful.
I thought that the online report was very useful. Lots of pictures to point out, helped with the different comments he made.
