Professional and thorough.
We are renters in a old duplex for the past 5months turned out to be a nightmare. So never have gone though this type of neglect to a home from a Lanlord. Jerrold Scheidt and his great assistant had a matter of 48 hours to inspect and write the report so we were able to take it to court with usage following day. Not only did they exceed our expectations, they provided us with a 135 pages of evidence to save us from a civil suit against a slumlord. They were worth every cent. I would recommend them to my friends and family

Jerrold's inspection was very thorough and insightful both in interior and exterior and detached garage. I and my buyer were very pleased with the inspection and his report.. Buyer feels he is well informed.. I will call Jerrold for future inspections.
Jerrold was very thorough and provide good insight into corrections/repairs that are needed. I found him to be easy to talk with which made it easy to ask questions about my concerns.
Our concern was under the house, the foundation needed to be inspected but... overall it was good report
