I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews I've never had a bad experience here they have always been so sweet and so kind. They have always been very thorough and I don't understand why everyone is having such a bad time here. Anyways I love this place. I used them through all my pregnancies and unless the customer service has changed I can't imagine it being this awful.
I am leaving this review after a great deal of reflection. During my pregnancy, I repeatedly requested and followed up on scheduling an elective C-section. For weeks, I was told there were “no updates,” with no clear guidance on next steps, no confirmed consult, and no scheduled date—even as I approached full term. By 37 weeks pregnant, I found myself essentially coordinating my own care. I read a lot of the comments and I completely disagree to say the least. The front desk receptionist are very friendly and professional and know me by name which is a plus for me . It’s always been the same two doctors Mrs/ms kimona & Mrs/ms Sherri . They are both very very very sweet no over exaggeration . They’ve assisted me through 2 pregnancies and an issue I’ve had never went ignored. These people are unstable and don't care about their patients. They can't even keep a doctor and they don't care to replace a doctor for convenience but they want to send you 45 minutes away from a more convenient location. They leave people hanging that need blood pressure medication and stuff like that and leave us hanging dealing with this because they weren't professional enough to contact the current patience and letting them know that they cannot get refills on their medication due to their lack of keeping staff!
