I've been here a few times. The first dr I saw there i absolutely loved! She was caring and listened to everything I had going on and did everything she could with helping me and I appreciated that so much! However, the last time I went I found out she was no longer there and they didnt have a new Dr in office yet so a nurse practitioner saw me, ok fine. This is my 2nd pregnancy. I absolutely needed to come back to Baker & Small. They make you feel comfortable and always have time. They are very responsive, even by text. The are very professional but they also make you feel like you're talking to someone close to you, there's never been any shame on anything and they always have good advice. Absolutely love them!!

Best gynecologist in Lakeland! I absolutely love Mrs. Cherri at Suncoast Community Health Centers. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and educate me about my health as a woman. She cared for me throughout my last pregnancy, and she continues to be the provider I trust for all of my annual exams and Pap tests. Ive been a patient at this location For over five years , I’ve had two pregnancies here . I’ve had a lot of issues with the staff upfront. Not the nurses or staff in the back ! The girls working the front desk and answering the phones , Specifically one Jessica, She is always very rude to me, And has an attitude. I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews I've never had a bad experience here they have always been so sweet and so kind. They have always been very thorough and I don't understand why everyone is having such a bad time here. Anyways I love this place. I used them through all my pregnancies and unless the customer service has changed I can't imagine it being this awful.
