The service at Schaumburg Toyota is absolutely the best. I had a short window of time before I needed to pick up my kids so Christian not only had all of my paperwork ready by the time I got there, but he had reserved a loaner car for me! I was totally at ease knowing that no matter what issue they found, I didn't need to stress about how long it would take to fix the issue. Then the technicians fixed everything quickly so that I was able to return the loaner car and pick mine back up that night. Now that's service!
Excellent service and overall great value. Got a free loaner instead of waiting 3-4 hours for service. Also, it;s hard to beat your 29min oil change guarantee without appointments. Great job. Loyal customer.
