Wonderful dealership!!! Peter Yanev was a great dealer to work with when we purchased our new Sienna- he is professional, warm and accommodating. Whenever I bring the van in for oil changes or any other reason, the service department is extremely friendly and speedy. This is definitely the friendliest dealership I've ever worked with!!!!
Had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience last night working with Mike in sales. Walked out with a new Rav 4 (and much more) with no hassle, lots of laughs, and a feeling of really being taken care of. Finance was great, too. Top to bottom the BEST dealership I've ever worked with. Won't take my car, or my business, anywhere else. Thanks for making it happen for us!
This is the fourth car I have gotten from Jerry McDuffie. It is always a great experience and I wouldn't go to anyone else!
Service department sucks. The worst service department in the nation. I went there to get an oil change and my car is lowered, they said they couldnt do it because they couldnt get it on the lift. So i went to two other Toyota dealerships and they said they could get my car on the lift no problem and that the schaumburg location didnt know what they were doing. Everyone else i know that has a lowered car gets on the lift no problems at other dealerships. Schaumburg is joke. Avoid at all cost.
