Working with Andrea was...dare I say it...fun! We were first time home buyers looking for a needle in a haystack while I was largely pregnant. Andrea was beyond knowledgeable, thorough, and just knew what we needed. Our life has changed in all the best ways since she found us our dream home.

We bought a new home in 2017 and sold the other one in 2018. The entire process took more than one year, and Andrea and her team remained positive and patient throughout. We learned very quickly that the depth of her knowledge of the market, the process, and who to call to get X done, was great (extensive) and GREAT (awesome). Being in the mortgage biz, I know A LOT of realtors... I picked Andrea and the team with SHH over the rest because I’ve worked a few deals with them and the clients had nothing but great things to say. I saw about 10 different houses and wrote out multiple offers before finding the winner! I know a lot of other realtors would be annoyed and/or pressure me which SHH never did. Thanks for everything and I highly, highly recommend them!
Andrea, Barbara, and her team helped me to purchase my first home. They really helped me to understand the process of homebuying and were there with me from the start to closing.
