I met Andrea a few years ago and instantly liked her. We knew we would ask her to be our realtor if we ever decided to move. Seemingly out of the blue, an opportunity presented itself and Andrea was there every step of the way. The entire process of us even deciding to think about moving to then buying a home to then having our house under contract was 3 weeks exactly. I had the opportunity to work with Andrea and her team twice - once to purchase my condo and then again to sell it about 18 months later. Through both experiences, Andrea was so professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. She often made suggestions on purchase price, list price, etc without being pushy.
