Went in, was greeted by my first name when I told them I had an appointment and was asked to sit down. Then DR. Comes out and looks confused because I didn’t look like a “brenden” and the same receptionist that greeted me proceeds to ask “are you here for an appointment”? Nooooooo thank you. Walked right out. Stay away from this place.

Everything was fine with this place the girl with ponytail & glasses had a bad attitude & was being very smart when I picked up my glasses.
Awesome experience... I don't understand th other complaints all I can say to that is sometimes your mind is made up from your first visual... Like I said awesome experience very helpful staff and Dr.
This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I wish I had read the other reviews because nothing has changed. I wanted multifocal contacts and felt like this would be a good place to go. They accepted my insurance and I knew the Schaeffer name. The first visit took over 3 hours and they sent me away with contacts I couldn't see out of. And I paid for them. They told me my eyes needed to adjust and to come back in a week to "tweak" them. I show up a week later and tell them I still can't see, everything is still blurry. ... read more
