RecommendedReally nice place to live. Nice spacious apartments and the staff is really helpful and nice. We love our 3bed apartment. We feel right at home at Scenic Station Apartments.
We moved in January and have found the staff to be great! Any issues we’ve had are dealt with within a day or so, and they’re really trying to build a community. Our biggest complaint is with our fellow residents who can’t seem to pick up after their own dogs. Rude.
My roommates and I went to go check out these apartments at 4 p.m on a Friday afternoon. The woman who was there told us that she had "stuff to do" when we asked for a tour and then locked us out. We waited there in our car, and thirty minutes later we see her lock up and leave at 4:30, when their designated close time is 5 pm. We were upset, but decided one person should not deter us from living there. We have since tried to call seven times to schedule a walkthrough. Horrible, horrible customer service. We moved here before TLC took over and loved living here. Since TLC took over we lost what little storage we had, Was told rent would not go up and it did not just added charges in effect a rent increase. Three managers who we never knew what to expect. The first made us get rid of a very nice BBQ grill. The 3rd one is very nice but they all seem to have one answer for everything We are getting bids for it.
