I know they will comment back about their return policy, but let me give you our experience. We purchased a transport chair. The Recipt says 7 days return EXEPT for personal use. Another customer was informed 3 times that their item was personal use, we were never told the chair was non returnable. We took the chair and had my eldery parents try to sit in it. The bars under the seat dig in very soon after sitting in the chair. In my 20 + years in the medical feild I have never had a chair do this. I brought it back 48 hrs af... read more
