Eileen was such a pleasure to work with. My sister and I had a client that wanted to buy an investment property and he was from out of state. He needed a property manager local in town. She was there every step of the way for all of us. If you need someone that is totally on the ball willing to work hard for you. Eileen is that person her and Claire know their stuff. This is a property management team you want taking care of your properties.
We absolutely love Scates as a Property Manager. We just finished settling into our 3rd home with them and Claire and the team could not make it any easier for us.I highly recommend leasing a property from Scates.
Wish I didn't have to leave a negative review, but people need to know to avoid this company as a property manager in central Florida. If you care at all about your real estate investment skip over Elaine and Claire's team - I'm sure almost any central Florida competitor would do a better job and not leave you with headaches in the end trying to clean up the mess they caused.
