Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? Yes, in-depth Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
