Big shout to the service team at this sore. Battery died On my wife's 14 TL this AM. Saturday morning. Called Acura Roadside Assistance at 8:10. Car was ready to with a new battery and a wash job at 10:30. Great job guys!
I purchased two Lexus and two Acura's from Scanlon but when the clear coat and paint failed after 5 years on the Acura I purchased for my daughter they said too bad. Too bad, I just purchased a Lincoln from a dealer who is focused on customer service. My wife wants to purchase a Lexus hybrid and if she does it will be in Naples - not from Scanlon. If you want a dealer that will step up and work with issues that go a step beyond the basic warranty - look elsewhere.
My family has purchased three vehicles from Scanlon Acura (TL, RDX and TSX). Love the vehicles. When purchasing those vehicles we had awesome experiences. I moved to Tampa and Scanlon moved to the new building. I drove to Fort Myers with the intentions on upgrading my 2009 TL with the new TLX or RL; the staff was not helpful at all. No one came out to assist with looking at the inventory and looked at my self and family as if we were trash.
