RecommendedI stopped in without an appointment today, had a nail in my tire. The service that I received , from initial contact to check out, was +++++ excellent. This wonderful experience started with Hector my salesman, this summer. Plus, my 2020 RDX has been a dream. I will make sure to visit Scanlon Acura for all my service needs big and small. While vacationing in Florida our RDX needed service. We decided to try Scanlon based on their positive reviews and was not disappointed. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted at our car by Service Advisor Jose Ruiz. Once we explained what service was needed, Jose gave us a choice of service options, price, a precise amount of time required, then a tour of the dealership while our car was being serviced. John SCAMlon Acura will sell you a New car with used car parts. When called out on the matter, they will lie and cover track to deny wrongdoings. Yet they will make a reply in a public forum to act as though they wish to provide resolution- Pseudo PR. Avoid this dealership and Joe Eisenburg, Naples Acura. Feel free to contact for photos and evidence to back story...nothing to hide here.
