Great Staff and excellent service.
Best service department I’ve ever dealt with.
We made a appt and our Service coordinator Clay was very helpful in making our visit very smooth having a loaner car ready for us by the time we were finished talking about what we needed done. We got a call the next day our vehicle was ready. We couldn’t get it at that time, and we were told the next morning would be fine, they would secure our vehicle inside. Great experience servicing my 2014 RDX. Bought my RDX in Columbus, OH and this was my first service here. Will definitely continue my service with Scanlon and waiting for the day I decide on my new Acura!
My first service on my MDX. The total experience was perfection. I was greeted immediately, he went through what they were going to do and the cost. They had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I was blown away ... Loved the whole process. Congratulations, you have mastered the experience!!!
I purchased my MDX new in 2011 from Scanlon Acura and have always brought it to them for all my mechanical needs. They always treat you like family and go out of there way to help you anyway they can. I was stuck on the side of the road waiting in 90 degree weather waiting to be towed to the dealer. The alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. Upon our arrival they got the car written up and had a loaner car ready for me. I want to thank my service advisor Clay Kvetko for all your help.
