Always professional and not rushed.
From my experience with scheduling, to check- in, to being roomed, my expectations were far exceeded. Dr Scanlon took thevtime to explain the issue, made a drawing for further clarification, and offered options to me. I felt comfortable and part of the process. I never felt rushed at any point. By watching how the staff reacted and interacted with patients, I knew there was a tight bond between Dr Scanlon and the staff.
