RecommendedVery friendly sales staff. Called because I wanted a white Ford Explorer with the new body style and although they did not have one in stock they were able to dealer trade for me and get it here fast. They were reasonable on the trade in value of my truck. Would recommend this dealership.
My daughter's new car still isnt fixed. You gave her a shrug of the shoulders and a MAYBE someone will contact you sometime. Horrible customer service!
I purchased my second auto for Scaffidi, a Ford F-150 from out sales person Tim. I could not be happier. Truck is great, Tim was great, and the sale went through seamlessly. I will be back again for my next auto purchase.
I recently visited Scaffidi while traveling from out of town. I have a Ford Edge i had recently had service work done on back home and had questioned a leaky tire which had been blown off as just a tire low on air. While visiting in the Point area my tire sensors again gave me a warning for that tire. I called Scaffidi Service to see if they could get me in on short notice and they did. I just have my 2018 jeep grand Cherokee repaired at the body shop and the service sucks I took the car back four times and still you can see the swirl’s marks in the paint And the manager at the body shop acted like you couldn’t see the marks ridiculous I would not recommend anybody to go there specially if you got a black car
