Today, 3/31/14, I contacted Rachele Koprowski just minutes after rental property 1822 NW 6th Avenue was listed stating that I would like an application and would like to rent the home sight-on-seen (as I lived in the same model home years before). We had the same Problems with Rachelle, after Months of fighting over matters, we decided to move out. we had a very good relationship with out next door neighbors (Duplex) and were still friends and keep in touch. We are suing Summit Crest because of all the crap they put us through. and today I found out that the people that moved into the duplex we left, are having the exact same problem as we were, they stole my Deposit with bogus fees, and I just found out from the new tenants that nothing was fixed. Rachele Koprowski is extremely unprofessional, she sits on her ass and does not know how to get any maintenance work done, she starts gossip with neighbors, I am in the process of filing a report with the equal housing opportunity office, I know all the landlord/tenant laws and Florida Statues, she is violating many, if her boss was smart and want to stay in business she needs to get fired, give her job to a person who knows how to be a professional adult and gets the job done and not pocket money!!
