To say the least... This service I do not support. They have not maintained my properties nor dealt with issues, costing me thousands of dollars.
I currently rent a property from this company in the SDSU area. When we viewed the house back in March, it was a little run down but Denise promised by move in they would have it fixed up, including new counter tops. By the time move in came around, Denise was so excited to show us the property she met us there on move in day to see our reaction.
