Would not recommend. This company is dishonest! Be careful!! Don't EVER expect to get your deposit back. Google them and you'll see all the issues people have had.
Dishonest, non-disclosure, false advertisement and non responsiveness come to mind. Denise Dibisch is a pro at taking advantage of college kids looking to rent a home and not following through with any promises.

Exceptional service through and through. I have two real estate investments that are managed by SBMI and they've delivered on every one of their promises. They were able to get rents that were higher than what I had hoped for. Very fair balance between taking care of property owners while maintaining fair standards for tenants. Love this group. Don't hesitate to use these guys.
