this is the worst property management i have ever had to go through. they are really nice in the beg. by telling you what u want to hear until your locked into that on year contract. we told them before we moved in that we had two pets and needed to move in a little earlier then scheduled. they gave us a pro-rated amount with all the deposits included and once we paid it and got ready to move in the house was trashed and never was even cleaned. plus they made us pay another 500 deposit for the pets saying that we never menti... read more

Avoid dealing with Sayland. Slow to repair and will nickle and dime you for just about everything they think they can get away with.

This company is nice when you first start coming around and renting a place from them. But once your in its terrible, they take for ever to fix things or they may never even come at all. Then we finally moved after about a year and a half. We just got our our inspection report and they charge an arm and a leg for everything. for every blinds they replaced we were charged 95 dollars a piece, 45 to replace drip pan in the oven, 275 to paint the place. So think twice if you want to use Sayland, but if its your last option cool,... read more
i have to agree with them they do s**k i rented from them about two years ago, if you needed something fix, you would have to bug the hell out of them or say your going to sue them just to get some done. if you have cockrochs in the house they would say its becuz of you and not the other people living next or above you thats cosing it. what was sad was having a basement and i couldnt use it becuz of the all bugs waterbugs, cockrochs, and etc.. then theyll tow your car away and say that it was abandon but they had it on paper... read more

This is the worst Property Management company out there. My client was referred to them and every time she calls, no one is available to speak to her and no one calls her back. She has to call several times before she can speak to some. She receives her statements with charges for repairs, but Sayland can never produce receipts for these charges. She went to check out the property and the new tenants and saw that they had a dog on the premises when she had specifically told Sayland there were to be no pets. They truly are th... read more
