I have been waiting on roof repairs since June 25,2011. Sayland has been aware of the leaking roofs since June 25,2011 and yet it is now Oct 1,2011 and repairs have not begun. I am at the end of my rope. Have spoke with the owner and vice president of sayland. I am not holding my breathe on the roof getting repaired. There is always code enforcement.

We decided to go with Sayland because when we spoke to the vice president Jeff we liked what we heard. They were always quick on giving us feedback and Jeff was always honest with us about eveything. Picking a property management company is not easy but the experience with them was good. Sayland Property Management has a thumbs up in our book!

I have rented from Sayland for two years now. They are a bit rough around the edges but as far as I am conserned they have done a great job for me. They approved my application easily. When I moved in they were quick to make repairs that they didnt catch previously. Weve had a couple of problems with plumbing and the heater and they took care of it the same day both times. Their staff are swamped but they got the job done. Over all... I have no complaints.
I am considering renting with this company because Its a last resort situation. I like the fact that its cheap and the apartment I looked at was nice but I hate the fact that the staff is so rude. They rush you through everything and it feels like youre just a number waiting to be called on. After seeing all the comments Im starting to question whether I should do business with this company. I know I will for sure take lots of pictures of the before and after, ask for receipts and make sure I am reimbursed if I have to fix s... read more
I am very happy with this Company. My family and I moved into a rental back in December of 2007 after our financial issues and the foreclosure on our home after 12 years of buying. This company gave us a chance. We are very happy here. The house is a beauty. I believe as long as we pay the rent on time - we will not have anything to worry about. this is the worst property management i have ever had to go through. they are really nice in the beg. by telling you what u want to hear until your locked into that on year contract. we told them before we moved in that we had two pets and needed to move in a little earlier then scheduled. they gave us a pro-rated amount with all the deposits included and once we paid it and got ready to move in the house was trashed and never was even cleaned. plus they made us pay another 500 deposit for the pets saying that we never menti... read more
