Had plumbing problems with a 1 bathroom waited over three days for help. Messages , Text, Calls all left unanswered very unprofessional.
I own a home next to one of their properties. They do an unbelievably poor job at property management, if you can even call it that. If you live next to any of their properties, be prepared for multiple visits from local PD. Little to zero vetting for tenants. None of the listed phone numbers for the company are working numbers. This company should be shut down by the city.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Complete rip off!!!! Office staff very rude!!! Owner never answers the phone!!!! And over charged me for charges when i moved out!!!
There are two websites for this company that both lead to the same portal. It can be a little confusing when applying for property and making payments.
I lived in their property on 3rd place NW in Center Point from Dec 2021 to July 2022. I found the place on the internet when trying to make the transition from Florida to Alabama. I spoke to Troy G on his personal cell phone(3716) several times before signing the lease and leaving Tampa for Alabama.
