Sax Properties deserves a 5 star rating. One thing that stood out to me is the fact that they were very honest. I could tell from the first time meeting with them that they had my best interest at heart. I was able to feel comfortable working with them. Phil is very good at what he does and he is very professional but also a down to earth gentlemen. Highly recommended!
Sax Properties is a great company to do business with. Phil was a joy to work with. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and understanding. This was a new experience for me and learned a lot from Phil who took time to explain the process. I felt reassured and confident about what I was doing but more important I never felt pressured. The whole staff made me feel that way especially Kevin my contact person when selling. The experience was wonderful and easy. I would recommend Sax Properties to anyone.
