I went in thinking I wanted a smaller vehicle because it wouldn't be as expensive, but I was able to leave with a new 2020 Equinox without having an outrageous monthly payment!! It was all thanks to Rick and Scott for doing everything they could to help me out!! I am absolutely in love with my new vehicle and very glad that I chose to shop at Sawyers!
Service Department was a complete let down. Every thing from loosing an appointment, parts not arriving, then lying about parts being there when they were not to then leaving another customer's info in a loaner vehicle that was obviously not cleaned out. Then when picking car up tried to charge for services that were part of the recall. Oh, and still no call back from a manager to discuss the situation. Greg was amazing! Very accommodating. Sawyers as a whole went above and beyond making sure our pre-owned vehicle purchase went smoothly and the vehicle we wanted was clean and ready to go. We will definitely recommend Sawyers and will return for our future vehicle purchases!

I’ve been so impressed with the service on my car. The first time I brought my car in the windshield wipers were not working. They were able to get the car in and fixed and when I picked it up there was no charge as it was just a loose bolt. Very impressed I brought my car in for a tuneup and oil change and Dan was extremely helpful and treated my car as if it was his own. I took the car on a road trip this weekend and purred like a kitten. Would definitely take the car back.
Had a solid car-buying experience with Rick Lazarus and Sawyer's Chevrolet. The first two cars I ever drove were purchased from a Sawyer's dealership in 1993 and 1999. Returning to the fold was a flawless experience. Rick worked with every bit of information I gave him to keep my payment $10 under where I wanted to be, and got me out the door and into my car in an incredibly reasonable amount of time around my incredibly unreasonable work schedule. 10/10, would repeat business.
They are so kind! I only come here because of Ryan, he is always there and is the one who helps us out every time we come by! I highly recommend him!
