I have been taking my vehicles in to be repaired at Sawyers for years. I recently bought a 2019 Suburban and my buying experience was AMAZING!!! warning, warning, warning! Just another dealership with horrible customer service. When we bought the car we negotiated in a new set of tires. when I arrived today, they said that the tires were in and that the "Starfire" tires were all ready to be put on. I asked what a "starfire" tire was and he said that they were from quality tire and that they put them on all of their used cars. Purchased a vehicle for $13,000. Remote start was not working.. They told me it would be repaired when I picked it up the next week. When I got there it had not been fixed. Waited there for 4 hours. Then was told it needed a part. I had to drive an hour each way. When I got back the next week after driving another hour , I spent 3 hours waiting and was told it still doesn't work. So another hour drive home. All this should have been repaired before I ever went to pick up the car like I was told it would be. Never again will ... read more
My brother brought his vehicle in to get service work done on it before he left for North Carolina (he's currently an active service member for the USMC) where he is being stationed for 3 years.
