We had been satisfied with Sawyers service up until Thursday. My husband took the truck in for an oil change. Charged $62 for an oil change. They said they checked the air filter and said it was fine, but it wasn’t. My husband had to change it himself when he got home because it as so dirty. The antifreeze wasn’t was filled up. I highly recommend Sawyer’s Pontiac in Dewitt, MI. Their service department is top notch. We have taken our cars to their department and have always gotten quality work done on them. Both Kasey and Dan have always kept us in the loop on what is wrong with our vehicles and have finished them in a timely matter. So glad they always come through for us whenever we need them. Service was great, had to have my transmission replaced in my Equinox and William was great continually communicating with me regarding service needs and updates. The technician I rode with was very professional and knowledgeable. Sales was awesome. i just purchased my third vehicle, a 2021 Colorado, and Nick was great. Very professional and personable. Robert Sawyer even came out and we had a great time just having casual conversation. Great group of people here.
