My husband and I purchased a used 2018 Dodge Ram. The truck was very dirty when we saw it first off the lot due to a very quick detail job. Service Department 0/5 stars I took my vehicle in for a squealing from the tire area, a noise that sounded like something banging underneath and an oil change. They had the vehicle for 5 days the first time. They fixed the banging noise and said they fixed the squealing noise. I picked it up after 5 days in their shop. The squealing noise was still present and they didn’t change my oil.
