While on my way from Gloversville NY to Philadelphia to see a Blake Shelton concert my check engine light came on and started blinking. Then the car started skipping. I found my way to Sawyer Chevy . Lucky for me service was still open . Even though typically they only do oil changes on the weekend . The service department took into consideration my predicament and brought my car in for a diagnostic. They found the problem and fixed it and had us back on our way in time to make it to the concert. Overall good experience. We were a bit “upside-down” with the trade-ins, but they worked well with what we had to offer. I feel like we negotiated a win/win on both sides. Friendly sales team. My experience from start to finish was basically perfect. I was in contact with Melissa from out of state , she was incredibly prompt and professional from beginning to end.
