The service department is terrible. I went in to get a lugnut warrantied that they had broken multiple ones of and didnt replace. First time around they gave me 3 no problem. This last time I asked for 1 because the first time i was there they did not have 4. They tried to make me pay for it. So for the second time now I went to another dealer that treated me right and gave me 2 lugnuts rather than the 1 I was only asking for. Robert, Carson and Duane all made my last minute decision to lease a car an awesome experience.
